GenMan is a startup focused on revolutionizing the hiring process through AI. Founded by HR technology veterans, they recognized that the traditional interview process is inefficient, biased, and doesn't scale. They partnered with MetaStart to build an AI-first platform that could conduct initial interviews at scale.
Companies receive hundreds of applications for each position, but interviewing is time-consuming and expensive. Initial screening calls often follow the same script and could be automated. The challenge was creating an AI interviewer that felt natural, could adapt to responses, and provided fair, consistent evaluation.
We built GenMan's AI interview platform featuring conversational AI that conducts natural, adaptive interviews, real-time transcription and analysis, structured evaluation rubrics for consistent scoring, bias detection and mitigation systems, and integration with major ATS platforms.
GenMan is now in pilot with several mid-size companies, helping them screen candidates faster while maintaining quality. Early metrics show significant time savings for hiring managers and positive candidate feedback on the interview experience.
