Polygon is one of the leading Ethereum scaling solutions, processing millions of transactions daily with near-zero gas fees. As a Layer 2 blockchain, Polygon hosts thousands of decentralized applications and has partnerships with major brands including Starbucks, Nike, and Reddit. With the launch of Polygon 2.0, they needed better tools to understand and engage their growing community.
With a massive and diverse community spread across multiple platforms, Polygon needed a unified dashboard to track community health, identify key contributors, and measure the impact of community initiatives. Existing tools were fragmented and couldn't provide the holistic view needed for strategic decisions.
We built a comprehensive community analytics dashboard featuring real-time metrics aggregation from multiple sources, contributor identification and tracking, sentiment analysis across social platforms, customizable reports for different stakeholders, and integration with Polygon's internal tools.
The dashboard became a central tool for Polygon's community team, enabling data-driven decisions about community initiatives and helping identify and reward top contributors. It provided unprecedented visibility into community health and engagement patterns.
